Btw I haven't forgotten about this issue. I was waiting for some movement within the "Cleaning the OID table" note.

Carl Wallace cleaned up the OID table. I just updated the list further and added Composite KEM OIDs and pulled up the Round 4 KEM ones as well. I think if you use the list but don't include anything under "Experimental and Historical OIDs" then that would be a great starting point.
