This is the result of an API call using the browser with local language code in the headers.

An example Accept-Language header from a device with default configuration in Uruguay

The language code uses a different format that currently causes an error when making requests to the Snowstorm SNOMED API. The FHIR API seems to be okay.

@kaicode & @alopezo, nothing has changed in the code here for a long time... is this new, linked to a browser change, etc.?

I don't think it's a new bug.

Apparently this "419" is used as a regional dialect rather than using any specific dialect like es-ar (Argentina) or es-cl (Chile). It's a legitimate code that is commonly preconfigured on devices in this region.

Raised internal ticket INFRA-13383 for this.
