En la misión 5 debemos hacer ML para predecir la liga o solo podemos analizar los datos y en base a esto crear un metodo para identificar?

Hola, puede ser de cualquier manera, mientras las técnicas/herramientas que uses estén basadas en la materia del capítulo no hay problema.
