PLD entries from Jeremys Excel table #29

We identified a couple of issues in the PLD plugin we need to solve to cerate NOMAD entries from the Excel table with Jeremys PLD samples:

sample distance: add quantity for global distance that will be used in the steps accordingly @hampusnasstrom
targets: how do we identify the used targets in the Excel table? --> Jeremy
substrates: there is no ID in the Excel table. Is there any somewhere documented? or should we artifically create a nID in the Excel table?

Once these issues are solved we can implement a Jupyter Notebook to gnereate NOMAD netries from the table.
