Just a few notes about what we discussed this morning with @JuliaSprenger

• the code of the main function (now called generate_bids_dataset) should not be modified in inherited classes; it will probably need progressive modifications to remain generic to all use cases;
• same for the code of register_data_files and organize_data_files;
• a contrario, the code for the different functions called to create the metadata files need to be implemented separately for each usecase;
• a generic principle about the structure of the csv file that is the input of generate_bids_dataset: there should be one line for each output data file! (and columns should be added to provide all the info about the output name of the corresponding file)
