docs for dataversebot

Over the weekend @poikilotherm set up @dataversebot as a Matrix bot running maubot.

So far I've only played with the "set a reminder" functionality put there are lots of plugins listed here: https://github.com/maubot/maubot

We should set some expectations on what the bot is what it can do.

I'm thinking for now we could write something under "more information" (here's the expanded version):

Even better would be to link from there to some docs. Maybe we could expand the profile README I just set up for @dataversebot.

This is cool but we aren't on Matrix anymore. We moved to Zulip: #22

I go ahead close this but I'd be happy for a Zulip bot!

I still like the idea (from the spreadsheet above) of a bot telling us if develop is failing on Jenkins! 😅
