Replace Boston College collection's 3D metadata block with metadata block that ships with Dataverse software

We'll be adding to the metadata blocks that ship with Dataverse a metadata block for describing 3D data. See IQSS/dataverse#11120.

After that's done, we'll need to replace the "custom3d.tsv" metadata block that's been used by folks who manage one of Boston College's collection with that metadata block that ships with the Dataverse software.

• Note that the expectation is that we will migrate the existing metadata to use the new block. Mix of published and draft datasets.
• Draft datasets are easy, but the published collections are more difficult.
