Harvesting metadata from DataCite for CAFE project

Opening the issue for tracking the effort to add harvested content to the CAFE collection.
This is similar to the Bertarelli Foundation effort, in that we are using the brand new oai-harvesting-from-DataCite tech.

I'll be adding more info about the ongoing state of the effort etc.

The second set is search query-based. The prod. setup will be based on the same query essentially, but cover more years. I'll try to harvest the entire list next.

I'm somewhat optimistic that there should not be much prod.-side work left with this effort. (the corresponding dev. effort is ongoing, with some issues that still need to be addressed)
