Is there a ros driver compatible with MV-CE060-10UC?
I cant seem to get it working

I'm so sorry for the slow reply. The isee-synchronization folder contain the external trigger's driver. you can download the software trigger MVS Camera Ros driver (Compatible with all Hikvision cameras ) from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Oxq6SZrth1-jhwO6OxcTJGFnmmY-HYTi/view?usp=sharing
