INTER: secondary upgrade motor extensions for inclinometer etc.

We need to be able to read from and potentially write to some variables which are not in the standard motion code, such as the inclinometer reading and so on.

Acceptance criteria

• List of variables and their ADS addresses are obtained from the motion group once ready
• Motorextensions dbs and .cmd are created for INTER
• task is created to
  • copy over motorextensions stuff to NDXINTER
  • create blocks on some of these and add to refl config so they can be displayed in the GUI.
