Feature: Full GUI partition manager

It's sad that we don't see a fully functional partition manager inside casaOS's beautiful UI, so I highly suggest that, so we can manage our drives delete different partitions add drives expand and shrink them and also add custom label to them so that we remember by that friendly tag which one is which.
