Definitely it's something we want to do when we meet a problem with a specific plugin or report a bug which does not generate report in Icy (or just ask about specific questions).
So it would be nice to have a link to contact the author of a plugin directly on the plugin page, below the links "See technical details, View complete changelog" for instance.
