Not possible to play movies in PrimeVideo streaming service

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to the PrimeVideo webstite and login in your account
2. Play any movie

Current Behavior

The movie is reproduced, but there is only audio; no video is rendered and you can see just a black screen

Expected Behavior

The movie is played correctly, with audio and video.

same issue here not but i tested other immersive video sites.
My problem is when paired with bluetooth headset video stuck only audio is playing. If Mute or disconnect bluetooth headset everything back to normal again.

That's a different issue. Mind filing a different issue for the bluetooth problem?
