Aborted runs 'std::logic_error'

Hello,

I am trying to run ExpansionHunter using a catalog that I made using output from Expansionhunter Denovo. It seems to be running okay, with the out file showing that it is running, but then it seems to abort in the error file, with the following message:

"terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): Cannot map position outside node"

Was wondering what might be causing this?
