Make positions of black bodies configurable

Currently the positions of the cold and hot black bodies are hardcoded in finesse/config.py. These will be different for UNIRAS, so we need a way to be able to configure this on the backend.

Note that the other preset angles don't need configuring and likely never will (e.g. we're defining the nadir as 0° as a convention).
