supports jewel pouch identification
- right-clicking purposer with backpack will identify and transfer all pouches in backpack to purposer
- jewel with highest ratio of calculated usefulness and dump limit will be selected

- for multiple configurations, highest ratio is used per jewel

- if all options have ratio < 1.0, random jewel is selected
all jewels that purposer tries to apply are now highlighted
purposer data are now stored off-chunk (in /data/purposer_; may vary depending on the dimension)
