Has anyone evaluated the potential for using a PineTime + InifiniTime to produce a cheap high accuracy quartz watch that can keep time precisely without external sync service? This has been done before, in the 2010s, on the EZChronos dev kit from TI. See the HAQ-EZChronos project on WatchUSeek.
