What do you think about upstreaming this work to nixpkgs?
It would make it easier to discover this work, which isn't very visible currently.

I hope to at some point.
As of right now, the packaging is fairly messy all things considered, and there are plans(/thoughts) to refactor it. (Both to reduce the package count in the flake, and to make it easier to upstream into Nixpkgs.)
