Auto Translate is not working in any channel

Can you see any error happening in the /xllog when you try that?

Nothing shows in xllog when trying an auto translate prompt. The auto translate won't show up even if it's with a regular message either.

Can you unhide vanilla chat in the settings of chat2 and see what it shows for the same message :)

Also while you are at it, try to send an auto-translate message with vanilla chat (just click into the input and you should be able to write)
