When running php app/console doctrine:schema:create during install, the process never exit.

This never happened to me. Can you show your console output ?

In fact I am just too impatient to wait 3 (real) minutes without output on console.

With php app/console doctrine:schema:create -vvv, I have some ideas of what is happening in background...
