Rationalize json in Bauhaus #830

Json in Bauhaus is represented through org.json library. It implies many difficulties :

this is not json api standard (it is jakarta jsonp api)
it is not compatible with jackson so you cannot bind directly JSONObject to entities (https://github.com/InseeFr/Bauhaus-Back-Office/blob/main/src/main/java/fr/insee/rmes/utils/Deserializer.java#L31)

So shouldn't we use the standard library to represent json which is compatible with the standard json binding lib from jakarta ?
