UI is bundled but some users may want to disable it at runtime.
We should add an environment variable that would disable the UI.

Quelle option plutot?

Au build maven ne pas le mettre dans public
Laisser l'ui elle fetch la conf coté api, on ajoute un flag disabledUi et dans ce cas elle retourne un composant react avec un message disabled.

Autre idée?
