PMoF Plugin for Spark* (Spark-PMoF) v1.0.0

This release contains two components: core and native.

Core:

Plug-able PMoFShuffleManager Interface
PMEM Shuffle write with Intel PMDK
PMEM Shuffle read with RDMA(libfabric)
Support external sort on PMEM

Native:

PMDK JNI wrapper
