Describe the bug

After the command //set, //regen and possibly others, chunks no longer display normally.
if I install an older version of the plugin, then everything starts working fine (in my case 2.12.1-SNAPSHOT-962)

To Reproduce

  1. Select positions
  2. send command //set
  3. here it is

Does this happen on 1.21.4 - every single report of something similar to this has been on 1.21.3 which required us to send forget chunk packets to the user in order to get edits to reliably be sent to the player it all.

this doesnt happen on 1.21.4 for me, specifically 1.21.3

I've approved this issue. I've not tested it myself, but quite a few instances of this error were reported on discord.

It is consistently 1.21.3 though, which had the weirdness we needed to do in order to get chunks to show at all, so presumably there's something going on still with modded clients, proxies, whatever. I'm not sure there's much point in us spending time to fix it in this case if it doesn't exist in any other version
