It should be possible now to verify whether we ran into ugliness related to buggy Ord instance for Shelley witnesses.
This ticket is about removing IgnoreSigOrd and replaying all three chains (preview, preprod and mainnet) to see if bug was encountered. If it was not then we can Jedi mind trick it, otherwise it should be documented as permanent ugliness.
