Is there new design needed?

No

What?

Update Cardano Node to the latest stable version 9.2.1

Why?

To keep the system healthy and aligned with SanchoNet version which already has it

How?

Just bumping up the version, no code changes needed

(Optional) User Story with acceptance criteria
