Is there new design needed?

No

What?

Expand the search functionality to include all metadata fields for DReps and Governance actions, beyond just ID and name.

Why?

To provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly search experience by enabling users to find DReps and actions based on additional attributes such as descriptions, roles, and other relevant metadata.

How?

Update the search functionality to include all metadata fields in the searchable index.
