This seems to be an important issue. If a DRep has become inactive, how do they re-activate themselves @Ryun1 ? It appears that the poster has realised that since he's inactive, he cant retire.

By performing some voting action for example.

When DRep is inactive, all buttons should be enabled as still - they are registered as a DRep. I'll investigate that to check if we have a bug

I couldn't reproduce that issue, being inactive I was able to vote on governance action (so to refresh my activity status). We cannot vote (and so - refresh our status) when we are not registered as either DRep or a Direct Voter, or when our registration is in progress.
