KMS Configuration Validation in the Config Broker

We've released an update to the Config Broker that introduces in-browser KMS configuration testing. There's a new icon next to the KMS logo on the configuration card that when clicked will attempt a process similar to what the TSP does to confirm the configured credentials and permissions. This same testing process happens automatically on KMS configuration save (though it can be bypassed if necessary).

Just a heads up that this support is only for AWS and GCP. Azure doesn't allow browsers to make calls to Key Vault, and until they lift that restriction we can't provide support.
