first of all thanks for this magnificent project! These days I'm finding character controller that possible gravity and change orientation such as forwardAxis flip. and I think this project could help me. actually I didn't see all code. If you let me know that can I use this controller to that ways, I really appreciate to you.
any way I downloaded unity project and run. and I found out there are missing prefab in space zone scene. I looked all commit and I reset to first commit but missing prefab was at first time !!!
I can't know mssing prefab was originally what was. so I really thanks to you if you talk to here or modify and commit!

Yes, the controller can be used to rotate and change it's axis.
I'm not entirely sure what the missing prefab was, but looking at the scene everything that's supposed to be there is. It could be an error brought on by upgrading to Unity 5.3. Either way I'll remove it in the next commit, since the scene works as is.
