large 'result_model_1_multimer_v3_pred_0.pkl' files do not download

Issue:

1. It seems large (>500mb) 'result_model_1_multimer_v3_pred_0.pkl' files cannot be downloaded and generate a "bad gateway" banner

Features to add:
2. Would be great if you could download all of the associated files for a given run with a single click (or select multiple to download)
3. Would also be nice to see a pLDDT plot (https://github.com/jasperzuallaert/VIBFold)
