Bees with best genes don't come out of the hive at night or bad weather

I have bees with best genes (Very High, Any and Metaturnal) but they don't come out of their hives unless it's day and sunny. Once I set time to day and/or turn off the rain they immediately come out. Seems like all bees act this way. I used only speed upgrades in the hives.

Modpack: ATM10, version: 0.20
Productive bees version: 13.2.0

The issue is fixed but not with the normal bees (from minecraft). Now they do come out of the hive at night or bad weather but instantly come back in and do not produce combs.
