Hello,
I was wondering if it would be possible to set a global CO2 emissions constraint for different periods using the ghgpolicy method. My goal is to apply this constraint concurrently with a temperature target through policy-target-runner. If this is possible, could you guide me on the required structure for the market file and the associated constraint definition? Additionally, I am uncertain about which types of technologies this constraint could apply to, as I need to specifically track CO2 and GHG.
Thank you very much for your help!
