This is a quick CSV import for WooCommerce that sets up the VAT Tax for all EU sellers who sell goods to the EU and abroad. This will charge 20% VAT to all EU countries, and 0% VAT for any nation not within the EU.
Simply download the CSV, and within Wordpress navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rates and "Import CSV" button
