In name_match, consider the case of Miguel Angel Núñez-Ochoa in 10.1101/2024.06.30.601394. After the People System name match score comes out below the threshold, we should check whether get_author_details has identified them as Janelian based on "match" method "name", then prompt the librarian to confirm whether that is the correct person.
