Copying texture selection copies wrong source

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

I try to copy an area in the texture and paste it to another spot.

What happens instead?

When I paste an area in, it pastes the previous area I copied instead of the current one. I have to paste, undo, and paste again.
