首先我这边推荐Charles

Charles初次安装步骤（配置完了的直接跳过）

  1. 首先激活

  1. 然后配置证书

    如图，弹出后点击安装证书，选本地计算机

  2. 最后设置

然后打开小程序如果抓不了，### 关键的步骤来了！
先看，这个目录有么有
%APPDATA%\Tencent\WeChat\XPlugin\Plugins\WMPFRuntime
没有的话，任务管理器找到这一项

👆退到这一步，关闭微信，删除这里所有的（一般1-2个）文件夹，重启微信，大概率成功！
