1.0.0 Release

This release is compatible with JanusGraph 1.0.0. Notable changes: * Gremlin.Net bumped to version 3.7.0. * Support for string vertex IDs. * Nullable annotations. * **Breaking**: Support for JanusGraph versions < 1.0.0 is dropped for GraphBinary.
