Publishing commit releases is failing repeatedly

Some recent commits on master show failed builds where the publishing of the commit releases is failing. It works however for other commits. If the action is failing however, then it's always failing in the JanusGraph-Scylla module.

I didn't fully investigate this but at least did a quick search of the error message and found for example this issue in a different project which sounds like the same problem: elastic/apm-agent-java#3333
