Can't add multiple of the same item to the cart

When you try to add multiple of the same item to the cart, the reaction doesn't get removed when you click on the shopping cart and nothing happens.

Okay, I have done some experimenting and have found that creating a product and adding it to cart works fine, and you can add multiple of that same product. However, when the bot gets restarted this is when the issue occurs. After the restart, the bot will only allow you to add 1x of each product you can't add multiple. I will attach 2 files below demonstrating how it behaves before and after the restart.
