On release version 2024-12-12 19:31, trying to download certain firmware versions such as 3.11.2.5 errors with "File is too small to be a valid version file".

Attached below is some commandline output showing a successful download followed by a failing version:

I had the same problem. Used the macos-latest.zip files from the 2025-01-08 12:48 and 2025-01-09 01:11 releases, on two different machines (M2 Macbook Air, M2 Mac Studio). All four cases returned the error message shown above.
