Current:

I'd recommend simplifying and moving the part "These options result in much faster processing speed, however the updated content will not be indexed or placed into the link database. Rebuilding the indexes and links may be required before updated items appear in searches or broken links reports." into the Event Disabler checkbox, as this is the main one that causes that described behaviour.

E.g.:

"Run using the event disabler. Disables all item:saved events. Note that the link database and indexes will not be updated and should be manually rebuilt afterwards".
