Add momentum to the track state at last hit.

This requires a hack of hps-java in KallmanInterface.java to put the momentum at the last track state in the reference point for the track. Ugh, ugly, but LCIO really isn't sufficiently flexible. One could also put it in TrackData but that is already a mess.
