Get rid of kotlin-compiler-embeddable in rd-gen

Novadays, rd-gen relies on pre-compiled artifacts internally, and this is what I'd suggest to external users as well.

Presence of kotlin-compiler-embeddable in classpath might cause various weird issues (e.g. KT-63022), so it makes sense to get rid of it, while proving the migration instructions.
