We recently published SARAMIS: Simulation Assets for Robotic Assisted and Minimally Invasive Surgery to NeurIPS 2023 Datasets and Benchmarks, where we generate 114,000+ 3D shapes of human organs based on the TotalSegmentator, AMOS and AbdomenCT-1k datasets.
It may be useful to contribute this dataset to MedShapeNet. Please let me know how to move forward.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. The dataset you propose sounds exciting and is a good fit for MedShapeNet. Dr. Jianning Li recently left our institute to work in industries, and I just took over as the primary maintainer of the project.
