1. Users should be able to search by "global" or by "distance". "Global" users don't care where people are in the world and will show up in all searches.
2. Users can only enable local search and distance if they add their location
3. When rolodex matching, consider these values in the search of users
4. Look at the users on the other end, filter by their distance preferences as well
5. Prevent introduce from calling until we have the user's location
6. When determining user's location from natural language in the "details" evaluator, make sure to process for GIS data as well.

We want to do a similarity search, but only on users within the target range of each other.
