Quad react to enemy creeps #153

In the quad advance function, if there are enemy creeps consider 3 cases:

  1. if enemy damage will be greater than heals when enemy creeps step towards us, retreat
  2. else if our damage is greater than the enemy creep heal power & it's in range, than pursure it
  3. else keep working on the target structure
