Pre v0.1

The first (pre-release) version of Rat-ons. There are only a few features so far but I wanted to ensure this is released to public, 1.0 will be released when we have a decent chunk of features.

This version requires SkyHanni version 0.27.Beta.12 to work as intended, please ensure this in installed before reporting any issues.
