Incompatible behavior if - is specified as the output

When I use wkhtmltox 0.12.5-1.msvc2015-win64 and run the following command:
wkhtmltopdf.exe TestPage.html -

wkhtmltopdf.exe will output the PDF file contents to the console (stdout) instead of to a file.

However, crPDF.exe will output the PDF to a file with the file name -.

I expected crPDF to behave the same as wkhtmltopdf and output the PDF file contents to the console.
