General requirement

Create a website where people can request any service (such as plumbing, electricity, exterminator, house painting, gardening, etc.) with just one click. Service Delivery helps people find services they require by providing a catalog with different categories. Service Delivery will only be a means of communication between the client and provider. We will not have a payment system.

Specific requirements

1. Have a sign up view for users and service providers
   • Service providers:
     • Fields that need to be filled when an account is created:
       • Email & recoveryEmail
       • Password
       • firstName, middleName & lastName
       • phoneNumber & alternativePhoneNumber
       • Attachments:
         • ID
         • Proof of address
       • Profile picture
     • Workers have an option to add their services:

       • Category
       • 2 Photos (MAX)
       • Hours
       • Location & radius
       • Service fee:
         • per hour
         • upon completion
   • Users:
     • Fields that need to be filled:

       • Password
       • Name
       • Phone number

         • Proof of address
       • Optional: Third party sign up
2. Have the same login view for both users and service providers:

   • Option to search for a specific service or category
   • When a service is selected:

     • Option for booking that creator
     • Rating (ex: 4/5 stars)
